Bushings are commonly used in machines with rotating or sliding shafts to increase efficiency and reduce vibration and noise. The bushing is designed to prevent the wear of moving components. Most bushings are produced in a cylindrical or conical shape using wear-resistant and impact-absorbing materials. Made to slide on rods or shafts, they provide extremely low frictional action and protect more critical parts. A bushing is cheaper and easier to replace when mechanical components inevitably fail over time. Bushings are also used to protect equipment from general wear and tear.
Bushing manufacturing step
According to the place of use; The production of our bushings, which are made of St44,St52,4140,CuSn10,CuSn12,CuSn14 material, starts with the raw material quality control. The materials that pass the necessary control are processed in CNC machines within the appropriate tolerance values. If there will be lubrication channels in the bushing, these channels are opened. After the materials processed in appropriate dimensions are subjected to the cementation process and reach the required hardness value, they are checked and internal-external surface grinding is done. The bushings, for which conformity checks are made, are marked according to their brand and model numbers. After protective lubrication, it is packaged and offered for sale.
Pins are generally cylindrical machine elements that prevent the parts from slipping, determine their positions, and center the parts by passing through the appropriate holes of the moving or interlocking parts that are desired to be connected to each other. If two or more parts are to be disassembled frequently in applications such as machines, apparatus, molds, the generally used fastening element are bolts. But if the parts need to be joined in the same way without any slippage, this time pins are used together with the bolts. Depending on the situation, one of the pin shapes such as flat or conical is preferred and combined. The pins used as centering pins are generally cylindrical pins and are machined with tolerance. While such pins are mounted with tolerance in their places, the pin holes must be machined by considering these tolerance values.
Pın manufacturing step
Pin production in our factory,it starts with the raw material passing the necessary quality control (AISI 1020,1050,4140). The materials cut in suitable sizes for the pin to be produced are transferred to the CNC department for processing. The pin is machined in tolerance values in accordance with its technical specifications, induction and chrome plating are made. After the hardness controls are made, the surfaces are processed. After the pin hats are painted in the appropriate colour according to the brand and model produced, the model number is printed on the pin. The pins, which are packed in order to preserve their quality until they reach our customers, are taken to the warehouses for sale.
